Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority seeks a skilled maintenance technician to monitor, adjust, and repair building specialty systems to ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires working knowledge of Med Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Domestic Water Pumps, and Fire Protection Pumps.

You will be on a rotating on-call schedule for one week and cover weekend shifts; the position is considered essential personnel during disasters.

Qualifications

• Monitor, maintain, adjust and repair building systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of medical air compressors, vacuum pumps, domestic water pumps and fire protection pumps.
• On-call rotation for one week with weekend shifts; essential personnel in disaster.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Personal Protective Equipment and ensure safe working conditions.
• Interact courteously with staff; communicate effectively about tickets and logs.
• Work neatly and professionally; report unsafe conditions to Facility Management.
• Follow infection control requirements in sterile or biohazard areas.
