Qualifications

• 6 years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various building and mechanical systems incl. refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation, medical gas and fire protection systems.
• Perform and supervise repairs, maintenance and alterations under limited supervision.
• Maintain and repair boilers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and air handling equipment.
• Lead or participate in ceilings, walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, furniture and related structures.
• Log equipment performance readings and daily work orders by priority.
• Respond to emergencies, follow safety protocols, and handle stressful situations.
