Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, system repairs, and routine inspections to keep boilers, chillers, pumps, and electrical components in good condition.

Requires 6 years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial building systems and a valid SC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial building systems.
• Due to insurance regulations, must be at least 21 years of age with a valid SC driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various building and mechanical systems including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation, medical gas, and fire protection.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and daily system log readings.
• Review work orders and complete associated tasks by priority.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
