Qualifications

• Trade school education or military/college training is desirable.
• EPA Universal CFC certification or interest in obtaining within first year (with company assistance).
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead, with minimal supervision, operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Assist in supervising maintenance program and staff development.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and respond to tenant service requests.
• Support on-call or emergency response and safety training.
• Troubleshoot building systems, including electrical, controls and building automation; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
