Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of building plumbing system design and construction experience.
• Knowledge of building plumbing system principals related to building plumbing system designs.
• Proven experience with plumbing system designs, including detailed plans and specifications for building projects.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop plumbing designs in support of Garver Buildings Group projects.
• Lead planning, design, and commissioning of building domestic water, sanitary sewer, and roof/storm drain systems.
• Coordinate with other support disciplines and with regional offices.
• Assist engineers in plumbing system design for building projects.
• Follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
