Job summary

Garver, LLC in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking a BIM (Revit) Project Leader to lead drafting and design for water design projects, mentoring a team of BIM Designers and Technicians, and developing 3D Revit models while maintaining CAD/BIM standards.

You will coordinate with civil, process, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, attend project meetings, and ensure timely delivery of drawings across Water Business Line projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of computer aided drafting and design experience with an architectural &/or engineering design team.
• Extensive experience in the use of BIM software (Revit)
• Experience using MSOffice products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• General understanding of various building types
• Experience with architectural, industrial and commercial designs
• Experience with multi-discipline CAD designs (i.e. piping, structural, electrical, I&C, controls, mechanical, HVAC, process)
• Good communication and training skills (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for assigned projects
• Lead the coordination between project team disciplines (civil, process, structural, mechanical, and electrical)
• Lead the development of 3D Revit models and coordinate models with sub-consultants
• Maintain CAD/BIM standards and organize facility plans, sections, and details in Revit for construction documents
• Attend project meetings and work with Design Phase Managers to maintain scope, budget, and schedule
• Mentor BIM Designers and Technicians and review their work for compliance with standards
• Coordinate BIM resources and ensure timely delivery of drawings across projects
