Job summary

Garver is seeking a Plumbing Designer in Kansas City, Missouri, to develop plumbing designs across multiple Building Group projects. You will plan, design, and commission domestic water, sanitary sewer, and roof/storm drain systems while coordinating with engineers and regional offices.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and proficiency with Revit and MS Office, with a focus on QA/QC and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of building plumbing system design and construction experience.
• Proven experience with plumbing system designs, including detailed plans and specifications for building projects.
• Must have strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop plumbing designs in support of Buildings Group projects.
• Lead planning, design, and commissioning of building plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary sewer, roof/drain).
• Coordinate with other disciplines and Garver regional offices.
• Assist engineers in plumbing system design for building projects.
• Follow quality assurance and quality control plans.
