Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installations to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 2–3 years related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow established procedures to solve standard problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance inspections.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for code compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values in daily work.
• Contribute to quality of work and meet deadlines.
• Follow standardized procedures to achieve objectives.
• Exchange information clearly and verify understanding.
