Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related maintenance.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurability.
• Must obtain FEMA NIMS cert IS-100.c/IS-200.b/IS-700.b within 3 months.
• EPA HVAC Type I & II certification, or obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, modifies, and repairs electrical equipment and control panels.
• Maintains plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers, and related systems; may coordinate with external contractors.
• Responsible for building security and safety inspections.
• Constructs, repairs, and renovates walls, floors, and office spaces; reads blueprints.
• Provides technical assistance to maintenance staff and supports emergency response duties.
