Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings and industrial systems. This role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management to ensure efficient operation of building systems.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure compliance with codes and CBRE standards. A strong focus on safety and collaboration with teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange information clearly and verify understanding.
