Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system modifications while supporting energy management and safety compliance.

The role involves following established procedures, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely completion of work orders in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Clear and concise communication to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and deliver output under supervision.
