Job summary

NOVA Engineering and Environmental LLC seeks an experienced Building Envelope Project Manager to support our Kennesaw, GA operations. The role focuses on leading complex building envelope projects across roofing, waterproofing, facades, and fenestration, while mentoring junior staff and developing client relationships.

The candidate will manage schedules and budgets, oversee technical oversight, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality consulting services for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in building envelope consulting, roofing, waterproofing, architecture, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in building enclosure systems and remedial design.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• PE or RA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage building envelope projects from proposal through final deliverable, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project team coordination.
• Lead building enclosure assessments, roofing evaluations, and moisture investigations.
• Develop remedial design solutions and construction documents for roofing, waterproofing, facades, and glazing systems.
• Oversee field testing and quality assurance in line with ASTM/AAMA/TAS/ANSI standards.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives.
