Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building envelope systems.
• Strong understanding of advanced flashing and waterproofing.
• Registered Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of complex services and establish design criteria.
• Review design documents for compliance with building practice.
• Conduct site visits to confirm compliance with designs.
• Prepare site visit reports and manage action lists for deficiencies.
• Lead and manage project teams to drive results on time.

Skills

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Bluebeam, CAD and/or Revit

Project Management skills

Practical knowledge of building envelope systems

Ability to work effectively in a team
