Stantec offers a hybrid home/office work environment, and expects team members in the office at least 3 days a week or more for all-staff meetings, project-related team work sessions, client meetings, and employee engagement functions.
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Some roles are bonus eligible. Part-time roles are pro-rated based on hours.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), employee stock purchase program, life and AD&D insurance, short-term/long-term disability, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage, and paid family leave.
