Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents for conformance to building practices.
• Prepare site visit reports and manage action lists.
• Direct Building Envelope design and documentation.

Skills

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Bluebeam, CAD or Revit, SketchUp, BIM 360

Project Management skills for multiple projects

Practical knowledge of energy code and rain screen principles

Ability to work in a team with customer service commitment
