Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in building envelope systems.
Strong understanding of advanced flashing and waterproofing.
Requires the ability to work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

Manage preparation of contract drawings and specifications.
Review design documents for conformance with good practice.
Lead and manage project teams to drive results.

Skills

Project Management skills

Excellent computer skills

Knowledge of Bluebeam

Knowledge of CAD

Knowledge of Revit

Practical knowledge of energy code

Ability to work effectively in a team

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Science
