Qualifications

• Experience in facility management or building operations.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow all codes, regulations, and directives related to building operations and safety.
• Lead operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors; arrange for subcontractors as needed.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance during downtime to minimize disruption.
• Plan preventive maintenance to ensure building systems meet or exceed life expectations.
• Check fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs and environmental targets.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work to ensure completion and client comfort.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for objectives.
• Showcase expertise and mentor others across function areas.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Influence stakeholders at senior levels to align on objectives.
• Impact customer, operational, and project goals across multi-discipline teams.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and plans.
