CBRE seeks a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repairs, and operations for a portfolio of buildings. You will lead a technical team, plan preventive programs, and manage budgets.

The role emphasizes capital project management, tenant-buildouts, and reliability of central plants and building automation. Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of job-related experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to develop cost estimates for maintenance and construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and recruit personnel.
• Coordinate team daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Ensure technicians have necessary information and materials to complete work on time and to high quality.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates for work orders and projects.
• Establish and manage budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Coach others and lead by example within CBRE values.
