CBRE is seeking a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair operations for a facility or portfolio of properties. You will oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and safety programs to ensure high-quality, timely work.

The role emphasizes capital project management, tenant build-outs, and deep knowledge of central plant systems and building automation, including upgrades from pneumatic to DDC controls.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Highly organized with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Strong math skills for percentage and financial calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Track the training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set work schedules; cross-train staff and meet deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals.
• Ensure mechanics and technicians have necessary information and materials to complete tasks on time and to high quality.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders, preventive maintenance, systems, and projects; help set budgets.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Share expertise and mentor other staff; champion CBRE RISE values and leadership behaviors.
