Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of work with quality information and materials.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates for maintenance and projects.
• Maintain facilities maintenance budgets and respond to emergencies.
• Research new technologies for repair or capital replacements.
• Lead by example and mentor staff across disciplines.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE sustainability standards and safety codes.
