The role sits in the Engineering and Technical Services function, delivering preventive maintenance, system repairs, and operational support to ensure high-quality, compliant facilities.

• High school diploma or GED required; 5–8 years of related maintenance/engineering supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams in large facilities or campuses.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership abilities valuable in a facility ops context.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, and manage deadlines.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates for maintenance work and construction projects.
• Manage facility maintenance budgets and respond to emergencies.
• Coach staff to build depth in engineering disciplines and leadership skills.
