Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Building Engineer or similar supervisory role.
• Must hold a recognized Facilities Certification (BOMA/BOMI/IFMA).
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Strong communication and documentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, plumbing, piping, and energy systems.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems; manage energy management software.
• Supervise Engineering Department and review MEP drawings.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate with management and third-party contractors; manage work orders.
