Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Building Engineer
• HVAC training and certification or equivalent
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical/problem-solving skills, especially BAS
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
