• Effective communication with executives and staff.
• Reading blueprints and technical docs.
• Familiar with CMMS and building management systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, EPA Universal, electrical, or facilities-related.
• Experience in Class A office buildings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of HQ building systems.
• Serve as primary technical contact for facilities operations.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Support executive offices and high-profile meetings with priority service.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and corporate standards.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support as required.
