Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Building Enclosure Consultant in Boston, MA. You will lead multidisciplinary projects, providing technical oversight, design guidance, and project management from concept through delivery.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage scope and budgets, and develop innovative enclosure solutions while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development in a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• Licensed PE and Registered Architect (MA preferred).
• 8+ years in building science and enclosure consulting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects with technical oversight and PM.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage scope and budgets.
• Develop innovative enclosure solutions for construction challenges.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
