Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a senior leader to helm building enclosure projects spanning forensic investigations and new construction, with full ownership from concept to delivery in a collaborative, innovation-driven team. You’ll lead multidisciplinary project teams, serve as the primary client contact, manage scope, budgets and invoicing, and mentor junior staff while advancing client partnerships.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, be a Licensed PE and Registered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• Licensed PE and Registered Architect credentials preferred, WA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in building science and enclosure consulting.
• Strong expertise in building enclosure design, mechanical systems, construction practices, and building codes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects with technical oversight, design guidance, and project management.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, budgets, and invoicing.
• Develop innovative, high-quality solutions across building enclosure systems and construction challenges.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, and industry involvement.
• Mentor and coach junior staff as a subject matter expert.
