Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Building Enclosure Consultant (P.Eng / PE/RA) in Oakland, CA to lead complex building enclosure projects from concept to delivery, including forensic investigations and new construction. You’ll own projects, mentor staff, and shape technical solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed PE and Registered Architect (California preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in building science and enclosure consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects with technical oversight and project management.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing scope, budgets, and invoicing.
• Develop innovative enclosure solutions across building envelope systems.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Mentor junior staff and act as a subject matter expert.
