Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled building automation technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general service of systems on-site. You will diagnose complex control systems and provide customer-focused solutions to improve building performance.

You will mentor control and service technicians, complete project documentation, and promote safety through leadership and adherence to Zero Harm standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Vocational School program graduate or an associate's degree in a technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to high levels of customer satisfaction through on-site service and direct customer interface.
• Diagnoses, repairs, and programs complex building control systems and tests modifications.
• Mentors technicians on building automation activities and ensures proper project documentation.
