Carrier is seeking a Lead Controls Engineer in Richardson, TX, to design and program advanced building automation systems. You will lead project work, develop interfaces, and ensure designs meet client requirements.

Travel to client sites and collaboration with sales and engineering teams are essential. The role demands strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in HVAC/building automation and familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of building automation/HVAC experience or related experience.
• Associate Degree with 6+ years of building automation/HVAC experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of building automation/HVAC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and program advanced building automation systems and site-specific control configurations.
• Adhere to project requirements and company/customer design and programming standards.
• Create clear design documents for project teams with technical details.
• Document and communicate building automation system designs and revisions.
• Develop graphical and text interfaces for building automation systems.
• Test programming and interfaces before deployment and support sales as needed.
