Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience with prior building and systems commissioning experience.
• Possess a desire to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard building commissioning processes for new and existing construction as found in ASHRAE Guidelines.
• Perform engineering design reviews for commissioning activities.
• Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 Energy Audits.
• Support obtaining building sustainability certifications such as LEED and Energy Star.
