Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to work in Seattle with focus on improving building systems and energy performance. You will execute building commissioning processes, perform energy audits, and support sustainability certifications such as LEED. Ideal candidates should have a BS in a relevant engineering field and 5-7 years of experience in building commissioning. Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary range of $103,000‑$142,000 are offered for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in discipline with prior building and systems commissioning experience.
• Ability to travel part of the time.
• Desire to attain Cx, controls and/or TAB certifications.

Responsibilities

• Execution of standard building commissioning processes for new and existing construction.
• Conduct engineering design reviews for commissioning related activities.
• Perform ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 Energy Audits.
