You will execute building commissioning processes, perform energy audits, and support sustainability certifications such as LEED. Ideal candidates should have a BS in a relevant engineering field and 5-7 years of experience in building commissioning. Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary range of $103,000‑$142,000 are offered for this role.
Qualifications
5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in discipline with prior building and systems commissioning experience.
Ability to travel part of the time.
Desire to attain Cx, controls and/or TAB certifications.
Responsibilities
Execution of standard building commissioning processes for new and existing construction.
Conduct engineering design reviews for commissioning related activities.
Perform ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 Energy Audits.
