Qualifications

• BS or BAE degree preferred in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of commissioning experience; strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• CxA certification or willingness to pursue certifications; EIT/PE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onsite presence during investigations, site visits, and testing of building systems.
• Review commissioning requirements, design documents, shop drawings and equipment submittals.
• Assist the project manager and participate in project coordination meetings.
