Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Facilities Operations Systems Technician III in Tarrytown, NY to support building automation and ancillary systems. You will ensure critical systems are optimized and reliable to back scientific operations.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, configure and troubleshoot controls (Metasys, Siemens, Distech), manage alarms with ROCC, and collaborate on design, installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in controls, electrical tech, or related field.
• 5+ years of building automation experience with proficiency in control systems and programming.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Lutron or Enlighted controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; configure and troubleshoot building controls.
• Manage alarms with ROCC; collaborate on project design, installation, and commissioning.
• Create system drawings and manage small projects; mentor technicians and collaborate with third-party contractors.
