Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Building Automation Service Technician to diagnose, service, and optimize commercial BAS/DC systems in Columbus. You’ll support HVAC control platforms, perform startups, commissioning, and systems upgrades for diverse facilities.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and field service excellence, with onsite work in Columbus, OH and some remote support as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of BAS/DDC service experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation (BAS/DDC) control systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, sensor calibration, and database backups.
Program and adjust control sequences, schedules, setpoints, and system databases.
Perform controller replacements, startups, commissioning, and system upgrades.
Identify issues and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
Provide onsite and remote technical support, including after-hours service as needed.
Complete service documentation and communicate project updates with customers and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services and collaborate with the sales team.
