You will develop retrofits, oversee projects, and ensure system compliance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical systems and Building Automation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working with mechanical systems.
• 5 years of Building Automation experience.
• 3 years of programming experience.
• Niagara certified or ability to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retrofit and upgrade projects.
• Serve as project superintendent and manager for larger projects.
• Design and program Building Automation Systems.
• Ensure system compliance and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead pre-construction activities and project close-out.
