Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience estimating Building Automation / Controls projects.
• Experience with major controls platforms like Distech Controls or Tridium/Niagara.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for building automation systems.
• Prepare clear and detailed written proposals outlining scope of work.
