Siemens is seeking a Senior Building Automation Service Specialist to support our Chantilly, VA location. You will perform service on building automation systems, manage maintenance and on-call service, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver energy-efficient solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking, and a willingness to travel or be on-call as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years in preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking.
• Engineering concepts, programming, start-up, and checkout skills.
• Willing to work overtime/on-call; travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, RAM Digital Service Center.
• Follow safety requirements and complete training as outlined.
• Maintain service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper system operations.
• Identify and report system discrepancies and assist in upgrades.
