Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair advanced control systems.
• Diagnose system performance and perform maintenance per service agreements.
• Coordinate with clients and document progress for stakeholders.
• Lead front-line technicians, provide training and guidance.
• Participate in on-call standby rotations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate multi-tech service calls and ensure safety.
