Ecosave designs, delivers, and supports energy and smart-building solutions that improve comfort and operating costs. This senior individual-contributor role is trusted with complex BAS events, escalations, and field coaching across a national portfolio with our 24/7 NOC.

You will diagnose across controls, HVAC equipment, networks, and servers; protect live systems with disciplined change control; and raise service and NOC capability.

Qualifications

• Six+ years servicing, programming, commissioning, or troubleshooting commercial HVAC controls and BAS.
• Three+ years owning BAS service calls independently, including control changes and troubleshooting.
• Strong BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Ethernet networking knowledge.
• Ability to lead technical incidents and communicate findings to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex BAS events remotely and onsite; coordinate contributors through resolution.
• Diagnose interactions among BAS controllers, networks, servers, databases, and HVAC equipment.
• Review sequences, graphics, alarms, trends, and live data; implement changes with testing and rollback plans.
• Provide defensible root-cause analyses and corrective plans for repeat failures and reliability risks.
• Lead health reviews, preventive maintenance, calibration strategy, and service-turnover validation.
