Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Builders Risk underwriting experience.
• Strong understanding of project timelines and risks.
• Experience supporting digital distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a solid flow of new business opportunities.
• Develop risk pricing and maintain compliance.
• Provide responsive service to brokers with accurate quotes.

Skills

Builders Risk underwriting experience

Relationship-building with brokers

Understanding of construction methodologies

Knowledge of commercial Excess and Surplus lines

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

CPCU or related Insurance Designation
