General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Sr/Spec/Prin Engineer to join the Build Strategy Teams (BST) focused on integrating the Columbia Class design for construction. You will work with DBS, Detail Planning, Advanced Planning, Operations, and other organizations to sequence work and overcome hurdles in planned and unplanned activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and independent initiative in a fast-paced naval engineering environment at Groton, CT and other sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline as listed.
• 5+ years of post graduate engineering experience.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with supporting organizations.
• Reduce liability and rework by sequencing work and validating build strategies.
• Support Project Teams, Ships Managers and Ship Master Planners by increasing throughput and closeouts by verifying work packages.
