Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in financial, budgeting, public sector, or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify needs and perform analyses for policy and budgeting options.
• Lead strategic consultation with departments to prioritize funding needs.
• Oversee development and balancing of departmental budget submissions.
• Review expenses, revenue projections, and monitor budgets.
• Prepare financial forecasts, scenario models, and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare communications and high-level materials for senior leadership.
