Job summary

Role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years of related experience; familiarity with Banner or similar systems and strong collaboration with the Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Completion of 15 university accounting credits through intermediate accounting.
• Experience with Banner or similar enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and maintain unrestricted budgets per guidelines.
• Monitor financial activity across indexes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyze variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports.
• Provide guidance on budget management and reporting procedures.
