Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of budget preparation experience with automated budgeting systems.
• 2-3 years of professional supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
• Analyzing financial data, funding requests, and resource allocations.
• Overseeing financial reporting, grant compliance, and budget monitoring.
• Supporting strategic planning, performance measures, and long-term financial planning.
• Providing guidance to County departments on budget preparation and financial procedures.
• Coordinating staff activities and identifying opportunities to improve budgeting operations.
