Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (minimum 120 semester/180 quarter units).
• Four years of full-time professional-level experience in accounting, auditing and/or internal controls, and/or developing, administering and analyzing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform the most difficult budgetary and accounting tasks and review, develop and prepare the Citywide budget and monitoring reports.
• Process accounts payable and/or payroll; supervise professional staff; lead and/or supervise subprofessional and/or clerical staff.
• Plan, analyze and install modifications in financial systems; monitor internal controls related to financial reporting; perform other duties as assigned.
