Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium is seeking a seasoned Cost/PMO Manager to oversee program budgets, accruals, forecasts, and contingencies in Baltimore. You will collect and report on all cost metrics, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure alignment with finance and risk teams.

This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. The position is based in Baltimore with at least three in-person days weekly, reporting to the Integrated Program Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Financial acumen and project cost management expertise.
• Attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expert in MS Excel.
• Experience with project management software or cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the overall program budgets, accruals, actual costs, forecasts, and cost contingency.
• Collects and reports on budgets, commitments, actuals, incurred costs, contingency, and forecast costs.
• Works with project management to complete projects within budget and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintains the cost control system and ensures procedures are current and followed.
• Analyzes cost data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Oversees PMIS Cost Control Module and aligns with Contracts modules.
