OBXtek is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to support the Army’s Product Manager, Unified Network Modernization. Duties include CCaR spend forecasting, GFEBS obligation pulls, and funding reporting. A Secret clearance is required and 8–10 years of budgetary experience are anticipated.

The role involves data management, PPBE support, and coordination across financial systems to ensure accurate budgeting and execution. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and GFEBS certification.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related budgetary experience.
• Secret clearance required.
• GFEBS proficiency and CCaR familiarity.
• Bachelor’s Degree; GFEBS Foundations or Intermediate certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in CCaR budget planning and spend forecast.
• Pull obligations in GFEBS and update CCaR.
• Prepare management level reports on funding and budgets.
• Support PPBE processes and year-end close-out.
