Job summary

OBXtek is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to support the Army’s Product Manager, Unified Network Modernization, in Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves CCaR, GFEBS, LMP, and DTS workstreams, preparing budget analyses and management reports.

You will contribute to PPBE processes, track obligations, and assist in data-driven financial planning and year-end activities. In-office schedule is Monday–Friday at Fort Belvoir.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of budgetary experience across government accounts.
• Secret Clearance required.
• Proficient in GFEBS, LMP and DTS; CCARS proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree; GFEBS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CCaR and Spend Plan forecasting.
• Pull Obligations in GFEBS and update CCaR.
• Prepare management level reports on funding and budgets.
• Assist with PPBE of funds.
• Maintain data in spreadsheets and financial records.
• Track obligations vs. OSD goals and provide weekly reports.
• Support year-end close-out.
• Coordinate responses to funding data requests.
