Job summary
Via LA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive analysis, design, and delivery for the NextGen platform while supporting legacy apps during transformation.
You will translate complex needs into testable requirements, collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and operations, and support AI-powered workflows across enterprise platforms.
The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Greenwood Village office to align with business teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise applications.
- Experience with enterprise modernization and platform transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement for complex enterprise capabilities.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, decision tables, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Translate complex licensing, royalty, accounting, tax, compliance, and operational processes into implementable system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with Product Owners, stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, QA, and implementation partners.
- Define workflows involving human tasks, approvals, automated processing, notifications, and completion criteria.
- Document data definitions, mappings, ownership, validation rules, and data-quality expectations.
