Zusammenfassung

Bank Forward is seeking a compliance professional to lead BSA/AML and fraud programs in a full-time role. You will manage monitoring software, perform investigations, and coordinate with teams to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in banking/finance/business and a minimum of three years’ BSA/AML experience; CBAP/CAMS certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate and manage the Bank’s BSA/AML, fraud, and OFAC compliance programs.
• Maintain written risk-based policies, procedures, and program improvements.
• Stay current on regulatory developments and coordinate examinations/audits.
• Prepare periodic reports for committees and Board of Directors.
• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or business and 3+ years BSA/AML experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee BSA/AML and fraud monitoring software; monitor alerts, cash activity and CTRs.
• Investigate suspicious activity and prepare SARs; coordinate fraud recovery efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain employee BSA/AML and fraud training programs.
• Assess BSA/AML and OFAC risks; maintain risk assessments and related procedures.
• Lead examinations and audits coordination with internal teams and external parties.
